Lemon-Blueberry Bars
Sweet and tangy, these satisfying bars are great for dessert, a snack on the go, or as a treat tucked into a child's brown-bag lunch. Plus, they're packed with everyone's favorite antioxidant superfood: blueberries.

Love this recipe! I’ve made it several times this summer and it’s always a hit. So refreshing!
This is an easy, yummy dessert. I followed the directions and had no problem with crust falling apart. I squeezed the lemon (used a large sized lemon) for the juice and had almost enough. I needed just a smidge of bottled lemon juice. It baked for 18 minutes and came out set. (It looks like it isn’t done, but you can tell it’s set by touching it). I didn’t have any fresh blueberries so I used frozen (they were partially thawed by the time they went in the oven). The only thing that did was make the bars more of a light purple color. Everyone thought these were great! I would recommend and make again. Just make sure you give yourself enough time for them to set and chill after baking (2 hours).
Made these last night and they are AMAZING!!! I slightly underbaked them, because I didn't want to over bake them (should have waited until they didn't jiggle at all, so probably 20 minutes in my oven instead of the 18 i put them in for) but they were still amazing. So creamy and lemony and just perfect.
I don't know what they other person did to their crust but I follow the directions to a T and mine was perfectly crispy and crunchy and held together amazingly
I thought they were amazing. Came out perfect. So yummy. Will definitely be making for years to come.
Thanks
Was delicious & easy to make. The crust stayed together well.
Failure ,Failure Failure crust did not hold together. Somthing is wrong there is nothing binding the gramcracker crust. Darn waste of ingredients.
